For over 20 years, I have experienced several incentive trips that Dahlton has organized. First as an employee with Spherion and now as the host as the owner of MOVEMENT, where we provide an incentive trip for our top performers every year.
Without a doubt, Dahlton and her teams are the gold standard of event/incentive planners. She is meticulously detail-oriented and highly-organized. Nothing is overlooked, starting from the first planning meeting that begins 11 months prior to the event until the final survey results are tabulated by those who attended.
I believe that incentive trips are one of the most important things a company can do to motivate, retain and build a positive culture for its employees. I have worked with Dahlton over the past 12 years with two different organizations. Dahlton and I were employed by the same company where Dahlton was responsible for all meeting/event planning, budgeting, venue selection and event oversight. I attended multi-day off-site Executive meetings Dahlton coordinated with as few as 20 people in addition to our Annual Performance Forum in various countries with as many as 400 attendees. I was always amazed at the flawless coordination and execution of the events Dahlton led for the organization. Hence, when I joined my current organization and wanted to implement an Annual Performance event for our top producers I knew just the person to call!
I worked closely with Dahlton over the last 10 years both as an contractor and an employee and her ability to design, plan, and execute our company incentive events and meetings was simply superb. I've worked with Dahlton on many events as a CFO, a presenter and a participant. As CFO, I could count on Dahlton to manage her budget with the utmost focus on value and cost – she never went over budget and always delivered a quality event. As a presenter, she was supportive and organized and always had the necessary tools available to make the presentation easy to deliver and informative for the participants. As a participant, I always had fun! I would hire Dahlton again to run a great event.
